According to the New York Times Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder is going to pursue his own lawsuit challenging the new Federal health care law. Previously he joined other states in a an effort to challenge the new law but now he says that separate to that challenge he is seeking private funding for his own fight.  Kinder said that later this month he will file a lawsuit in a Missouri federal court. A spokesperson for Kinder says that the suit will focus on issues such as the solvency of Medicare and senior matters. The joint state suit  that Kinder issued a health care press release for claims that the U.S. Government can’t mandate that citizens have health insurance of force states to carry out the new law without reimbursing them for costs.
